GENERAL ORDER INFO

The following terms and conditions are established between you and TUR Snowboards and are applicable to all orders made on TUR Snowboards’ official website, www.tursnowboards.com.

By initiating an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly reviewed and accepted these Terms and Conditions and have read and comprehended our Privacy Policy. We kindly request that you ensure your thorough understanding of both the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy prior to proceeding with an order.

Prior to finalizing your order, you will be provided with an opportunity to review your product selections, the information you have supplied, the total cost of your order, and the ability to rectify any input errors. It’s important to note that the items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you complete the checkout process and receive the “Shipping Confirmation” email.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

Our aim is to expedite the dispatch of your order within a window of 1-4 days starting from the moment you receive the ‘Shipping Confirmation.’ It is important to note that during Swedish National Holidays and promotional sales events, the processing and dispatch of orders may extend to a period of up to 7 days. Please be informed that our operational schedule follows the standard workweek from Monday through Friday, with the exception of public holidays.

SHIPPING RATES TO SWEDEN

We utilize the services of DB Schenker for our deliveries within Sweden. The standard shipping timeframe typically spans 1-4 business days. We extend the benefit of free shipping in Sweden.

SHIPPING RATES TO EUROPEAN UNION (EU)

We utilize the services of DB Schenker for our deliveries to countries within the European Union (EU). Our standard shipping timeframe typically extends over a period of 2-5 business days. Free delivery for all orders made to Finland and Denmark. Free delivery for all orders made to Finland and Denmark. Standard Delivery Charge €50 (for Snowboards). Standard Delivery Charge €12 (for Clothing and Accessories).

SHIPPING RATES TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

We entrust the distribution of our products within European countries that do not belong to the European Union (EU) to Shiplink. Our standard shipping timeframe typically extends over a period of 3-8 business days. Standard Delivery Charge €70 (for Snowboards). Standard Delivery Charge €19 (for Clothing and Accessories). Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

We consistently endeavor to dispatch your order within 1 to 4 business days from the moment you confirm your order placement. Orders submitted during weekends and public holidays will typically be shipped within 1 to 4 from the following business day. Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive a tracking number via email or SMS as soon as we initiate the shipment of your package.

GENERAL RETURN INFO

Kindly be advised that the responsibility for bearing the shipping charges when returning products in accordance with your right to withdraw or exchange lies with you. TUR Snowboards will not reimburse any additional duties, taxes, or supplementary charges that may be incurred in association with a return.

In the process of returning items, TUR Snowboards strongly recommends that you adhere to the original packaging and packing methodology employed when the products were initially dispatched. The product must remain in a pristine state – unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition. Failure to meet these stipulations will result in the rejection of the return or exchange, and the product will be returned to you with the full cost charged.

Should you receive a product with a defect or if we have dispatched an incorrect product, we will, subject to availability, promptly replace it at no additional cost. In the event that the item is not in stock, we will proceed with the return process and fully reimburse you for all related expenses. If you encounter any defective products, please notify us immediately. It is imperative, however, that you promptly inform TUR Snowboards within a reasonable timeframe after detecting such defects.

Our return form is available for download, and we urge you to follow the provided instructions. Detailed guidelines can be found on the returns form enclosed with your parcel. Vi har ingen return form tror jag. Ta bort bara?

For efficient tracking purposes, please retain your receipt when the return is collected, enabling you to trace it on the courier’s website.

RETURNS IN SWEDEN

We offer complimentary returns within 14 days of delivery for returns within Sweden with the return label enclosed in the shipment. After 14 days, the customer covers the return shipping cost themselves (€6 with the attached return label within Sweden).

RETURNS IN EUROPEAN UNION (EU)

For returns within the European Union (EU), a fee of €50 will be deducted from the amount paid for the order (for Snowboards). For returns within the European Union (EU), a fee of €12 will be deducted from the amount paid for the order (for Clothing and Accessories). Free returns for all orders made from Finland and Denmark. RETURNS OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)

For returns outside the European Union (EU), the customer need to handle the return and shipping method on their own.

EXCHANGE INFO

Please note all products are non-exchangeable but can be returned with a full refund.

REFUND INFO

When your return has been completed in our warehouse, you will receive a return confirmation via email. You will be refunded the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 10-14 business days, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

The refund for the item(s) will be made in the same way as the payment was made. This will happen once we have received the item(s) back and checked it. Remember that cases for products are part of the product itself and should not be taped or destroyed. If they are damaged, a fee of €25 will be added.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

TUR Snowboards reserves the right to charge you the actual cost for any shipping charges for uncollected packages. A fee of €25 will be deducted from the amount paid for the order.

PRODUCT IMAGES

The products showcased on the Website are presented with the intention of representing their colors and other characteristics as realistically as possible. Nevertheless, it is imperative to acknowledge that, owing to the color settings of your computer, there may be slight variations between the colors of the products as depicted in the images on the Website and their true colors. TUR Snowboards cannot be held accountable for any such disparities.

Our objective is to acknowledge your complaint within a few business days, and subsequently, to either reach a resolution or to furnish you with an estimated timeframe for resolution.
